My name is Bart Thijs and I am 51 years young. Since several years I live with my wife and two sons in beautiful Culemborg in the Netherland. I am an experienced consultant, project and program manager who helps clients with challenges at the intersection of business, ICT and change management. Others describe me as social, pragmatic, decisive, reliable and to-the-point. I get a lot of energy from realizing concrete results together with a team of professionals. I think it is essential to facilitate and empower employees. Where possible I also like to contribute to their personal and professional development. Complex issues are characterized by multiple, sometimes conflicting interests. As a bridge builder I am able to gain the trust of management, teams and end users. This helps me to weigh the interests of different stakeholders against each other and to respond adequately.
